They reply very quick to inquiries. Order went from pending to paid to shipped in only a 4-5 days with emails along the way. I didn't receive a tracking number and they told me to wait. Package arrived before then.

Only took 3 weeks total for the order which seems pretty good. I'm out in Hawaii. I guess the location my stuff shipped from doesn't have a tracking service? or it's to risky? Idk but I'm happy with the transaction. Very good packaging
