All orders are sent out within 48 hours. In reality most are dispatched within 24 hours, but there also might be delays at the shipping location, so it can take a bit  more time to dispatch your package. Orders taken on Friday will not be shipped until next coming week.

This will depend on the country of destination. As a guide however we have found that European destinations take approximately 7-10 days after shipping and U.S. destinations around 2-4 weeks. All orders are sent by regular airmail.

Many variables impact shipping time, and it may be different for different states. As a general rule, allow 10-14 days for shipping after we have completed processing your order. It is advisable to order medication a month prior to needing the requested medication. After your order was marked as "Shipped", an expected delivery date will be available under your account on our website, this is not an actual date of delivery, it's only for references (you may receive your package earlier or later that date, depending on how mail services works during shipping time).

All orders are sent in well sealed heavy duty, plain, padded envelopes with all contents supplied in the manufacturers original packaging. For security reasons, sometimes the original package might be removed.

However, the responsibility for satisfying any prescription requirements in the country of destination lies entirely with the customer. We also recommend that you seek the advice of a qualified health care professional before ordering/using any of the prescription medications offered for sale by this company.

Shipping charges are included in each order and may vary between $25-35. The price you see is the price you pay irrespective of the country of destination.

In the unlikely event we shipped your medication to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, the customer will be charged an additional shipping fee to redirect the package. If we shipped your medication to an incorrect address due to an error on behalf of British Dragon Pharmacy, we will redirect the package at no charge and will refund the original shipping fee.
